Linguine of the Orti of the lake

Ingredients for 4 people:
500 g. linguine, 70 g. broccoletti cream, 12 prawns 200, 20 olives, 10 cherry tomatoes, ½ cup of wine, some grated lemon zest, olive oil, garlic, parsley, basil.

First of all put the garlic and parsley stems to fry, remove the stems and garlic add the basil together with heads of prawns. After few minutes, add the cherry tomatoes, wine and olives. Meanwhile cook linguine in boiling water.
Add water of the pasta to the sauce. Remove the prawn heads, drain the pasta and put it to mix into the pan, add broccoletti cream and tails shelled prawns. After cooking, grate the lemon zest.
