Ingredients for 4 people:
500 gr. ground mixture of veal, beef and chicken, 1 jar of broccoletti cream, 100 g bread, 100 g parmesan cheese, 1 egg, salt, pepper, parsley, grated truffle

First of all prepare the dough into balls mixed with ground veal, beef and chicken, add the slightly stale bread soaked in water and wrung out, egg, Parmesan, salt, pepper and parsley. Cook the meatballs  prepared in a pan with oil; once the meatballs are golden on both sides, deglaze with white wine. When cooked, add the broccoletti Cream and Parmesan cheese, grated, finally, the truffle.
